Pricing

How the work is scoped and priced

We do not publish per-seat rate cards, because infrastructure quotes that ignore the environment are guesses. These are the engagement tiers we work in, what each includes, and what moves the number. Pick a tier and the quote form opens with your engagement pre-filled.

Engagement tiers

Four ways to engage

Every tier ends with written documentation of what was found, built or changed. Prices are confirmed after scoping — nothing is billed against an estimate you have not agreed.

Assessment

Find out what you actually have before spending on changing it

Fixed fee, scoped by environment size

Inherited or undocumented environments, second opinions, pre-project discovery.

  • Remote review of telephony, servers, cloud, mail and DNS in scope
  • Configuration, security and resilience findings, ranked by risk
  • Documented topology of what exists today
  • Prioritised remediation plan with effort estimates
  • Findings walkthrough call with your team

Project Delivery

A defined build, deployed, hardened, validated and handed over

Most requested

Fixed project price after scoping

New deployments, migrations, platform replacements and consolidation work.

  • Design document agreed before any build begins
  • Deployment to a hardened baseline with security controls applied
  • Migration or cutover run to a rehearsed runbook with rollback
  • Testing and validation evidence, not just a completion message
  • As-built documentation and administrator handover
  • Post-cutover support window included in the price

Managed Support

Someone accountable for the environment after it goes live

Monthly retainer, sized by estate and response target

Organisations without in-house infrastructure staff, or covering out-of-hours.

  • Agreed response targets during your business hours
  • Patching, monitoring and backup verification on a schedule
  • Change requests and configuration work within the retainer
  • Quarterly review of capacity, security posture and backups
  • Documentation kept current as the environment changes

Emergency Response

Something is down now and it is costing you

Hourly, billed from engagement

Outages, breaches, failed migrations and inherited incidents.

  • Immediate triage of the reported incident
  • Containment and service restoration as first priority
  • Root-cause write-up once the environment is stable
  • Follow-up remediation plan so it does not recur

What moves the price

The variables we scope against

These are the factors that change a quote materially. Describing them accurately in the request is what turns an estimate into a firm number.

Environment size

Users, endpoints, extensions, hosts and mailboxes in scope.

Platform complexity

Single platform, or telephony plus virtualization plus mail with integrations between them.

Current state

A clean greenfield build costs less than untangling an undocumented estate.

Downtime tolerance

Out-of-hours and zero-downtime cutovers require rehearsal and standby capacity.

Documentation depth

Handover-grade documentation and runbooks are effort, and are quoted as such.

Ongoing responsibility

One-off delivery, or continued accountability for the platform afterwards.

No engagement starts before scope, deliverables and price are agreed in writing. If an assessment shows the work is smaller than expected, the quote comes down — you are not held to an opening estimate. See the solutions we deliver or run a technical assessment first.
