FAQ

Zoho Mail questions we are asked

Can we move from cPanel mail to Zoho?
Yes. Mailboxes are inventoried and copied over IMAP, records are prepared in advance, then MX is switched in a low-traffic window with the old store kept read-only for a period.
Will our mail still land in inboxes?
Deliverability depends on SPF, DKIM and DMARC being correct for the new sender, plus removing stale records for the old one. That is part of the work, not an afterthought.
How does it compare with Microsoft 365?
Zoho is usually cheaper per mailbox and fine for mail-centric teams. If you depend on Teams, Office desktop apps or Entra identity, Microsoft 365 remains the better fit.
