FAQ
Bandwidth questions we are asked
- When is direct carrier interconnection worth it?
- At volume, or when number portability, emergency routing and regulatory obligations must be handled directly rather than through a reseller.
- How are large ports managed?
- In batches with a rehearsed schedule, temporary forwarding as a safety net, and validation of each batch before the next is submitted.
- Do we need an SBC?
- If more than one internal platform uses the interconnect, or if you need topology hiding and normalisation between vendors, yes.
