VoIP
Twilio
Programmable voice and elastic SIP trunking, used where numbers, routing and call logic need to be driven by API rather than static configuration.

Capabilities
What we implement
- Elastic SIP trunk configuration
- Number provisioning and porting
- Programmable call flows
- Failover and origination URI design
Security
How it is hardened
- IP ACL and credential authentication
- TLS/SRTP transport
- Spend and geo-permission limits
Architecture
Twilio elastic SIP trunk integration
Numbers and routing are provisioned by API; the PBX authenticates to the trunk and every outbound permission is explicit.

FAQ
Twilio questions we are asked
- Why use elastic SIP trunking instead of the voice API?
- When you already run a PBX and only need carrier connectivity. The API matters when call logic itself should live in application code.
- How do we prevent a fraud bill?
- Geographic permissions limited to needed countries, IP-restricted trunks, strong per-device secrets on the PBX, and spend alerts configured from day one.
- Can we keep a second carrier?
- Yes, and you should for anything business-critical. Inbound uses a failover origination URI; outbound uses a secondary route on the PBX.
